Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

If dissatisfied with your CollabCards purchase, you may return the pack within 30 calendar days, ensuring it meets our “Good Condition Criteria.”

Good Condition Criteria:

For a return to be accepted, the CollabCards pack should meet the following conditions:

– Intact and Complete: All cards should be present without any missing.

– No Visible Damage: Cards should be free from tears, marks, bends, or noticeable damage.

– Water Damage-Free: We cannot accept cards with water or moisture damage signs.

– Original Packaging: While it is not a strict requirement, we highly recommend returning the cards in their original packaging.

– Minimal Wear: Slight wear from normal handling is understandable, but cards showing signs of excessive wear, like faded print or frayed edges, might not qualify for a return.

Exceptions Note: Please be aware that certain situations might not qualify for a return. These include but are not limited to products damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions; cards returned more than 30 calendar days after purchase, or any product not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Initiating a Return:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Begin the return process by emailing us at support@collab.cards.

Processing of Returns:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification regarding its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company. (Note: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
  3. Contact your bank. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional charge:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the restocking fee (usually 15% of the purchase amount) will be deducted from your refund.
